His clients span a multitude of industries, including new media, energy, entertainment, the arts, manufacturing, textile, healthcare related and venture capital. In addition to advising his clients with respect to financings, mergers and acquisitions, employment and other business, Mr. Goldstein drafts and negotiates all the agreements attendant to his clients’ businesses.
